SUNDAY OCTOBER 16, 2016 PRE-CONFERENCE EVENT

PORTLAND BEER EXPLORATION

Hop on the beer bus and explore Portland’s celebrated microbrewery scene. We’ll travel on a converted school bus that includes wood floors, party lights, stereo, karaoke (optional earplugs), recycle chutes, cup holders, free water and more. The fee for the tour includes pick-up at a central downtown location, sampling (3-4 oz. pours) at two breweries, a brewery tour, a private tasting (glassware provided) on the bus, and drop-off at a central downtown location. You’ll have the chance to sample 10 different Oregon beers while having a great time with colleagues.

Cost: $40/person. Paying guests are welcome. Must be 21 or older and have ID

7:15 – 8:15 Ex Novo visit (3 samples)

8:30 – 9:45 Commons visit including tour (3 samples)

9:45-10:45 Private tasting on bus (4 samples)

11:00 Bus drops off participants at the Paramount Hotel located on 808 SW Taylor St, Portland, OR 97205

Details: This event will require the participation of exactly 28 people (no more or no less). Please sign up early. If we do not have 28 registered guests by September 30, the event will be cancelled and payments refunded. You will have the chance to sample different Oregon Beers and have a great time with PNC colleagues.
