As we ramp up for our Online Conference, it's also time to start looking to 2027 and our next PNC Executive Board -

PNC Board positions are open to any PNC members, and we encourage folks to nominate themselves for one of the open positions.  Voting will take place at the end fo the year and positions will start January 2027.

We are looking for:

• Chair Elect - one year as Chair Elect to ramp up before taking the reins and leading the chapter! 
• Treasurer Elect - again, a year of shadowing the treasurer to ensure a smooth hand-off of the finances.  This chapter does not have particularly complex finances, so it's a very manageable role with lots of institutional memory on board to help you out!
• Membership secretary - take the lead on managing and helping grow our membership - some outreach, some admin, and now you get the help of the newly relaunched membership committee too!
• Secretary - keep track of all the work done at PNC meetings - with or without AI!
• Chapter Council Rep - represent our chapter to the National MLA folks - this is a great role for someone who's already quite familiar with PNC's work and wants to step up to the national stage to start representing us!
• And Chapter Counsil Alternative - a back-up representative role so you have some flexibility!
